This luxurious oceanfront vacation rental is located on the south end of the Omni Resort grounds with direct beach access and stunning sea views. The first thing you’ll note when driving into this gated community are the amazing old white oak trees that drape the roads and bike paths winding through the grounds. You will immediately feel in close touch with nature as you take in this gorgeous Floridian neighborhood. Convenient parking greets you upon arrival where the elevator waits to whisk you up to the fifth floor of the Sea Dunes complex. Take in the breath-taking westward view on the short walk from the elevator to Whispering Palms, which is a corner unit. The kitchen, a bright dining area, and living area welcome you when entering the villa. Large windows with amazing ocean and beach views greet you. One of the two spacious balconies is a unique place where you can enjoy the goregous island weather.
The master bedroom has access to the second oceanfront balcony. Amelia Island is known for its fantastic sunrises, and you can enjoy this right from your king size bed. A guest bedroom with a queen bed also has access to this ocean-facing balcony. All bedrooms enjoy en-suite baths. The third bedroom, located on the west side of the unit, has windows that let you enjoy the wonderful sunsets, not to mention the beauty of the forest tree tops. This unit is conveniently located close to the Amelia Island Omni Resort with a wide variety of dining venues and shops, as well as access to private tennis courts and a pool. After a busy day at the water, stroll through the shops where you will also find a full spa facility. This elegant villa is perfect for family or group gathering. No doubt, your party will plan future returns to this piece of paradise!
All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.
While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information. Pool and tennis court access are included.
Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.
All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.
Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental.
We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.
There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

Chelsea and all who I spoke with were more than helpful. I was extremely pleased to be able to tour the condo a month ahead of time. We were visiting for our Christmas holiday and I wanted to make sure we would be comfortable and have enough room. Chelsea along with the housekeeper were more than accommodating and touring me through the condo. On the day before Christmas Eve someones began doing construction in the condo above us. When it continued into Christmas Eve and we were beginning our festivities it became frustrating. I called the office and they told me they would notify the H away. We have no more issues after that. Thank you so much for your attentiveness.

We absolutely loved our stay at 1667 Sea Dunes! The property is extremely comfortable and very well stocked. The location is perfect not only the location on the beach which allows sunrise and sunset views, but also being in the Omni plantation is a wonderful asset. Not to mention the unit is on the end and it has a magnificent patio. Another major plus for us was the coziness of this condo. I always search the pictures for comfortable looking living rooms. Its not always easy to find enough seating that is comfortable for everyone. This condo was perfect. We traveled with our two adult children so also having three bedrooms each with their own full bath was perfect. Unless a family has small children I do not see sleeping nine but sleeping four to six is perfect. We enjoyed walking the beach, playing golf at Oakmarsh, spa treatments at the Omni spa, and Marche Burette and other shops and restaurants were great. Another plus is that the Harris Teeter is just down the street and very easily accessible. Because it was Christmas we also enjoyed finding Mass in downtown Fernandina Beach at St. Michaels. The downtown is absolutely adorable and at Christmas time the lights down Center Street are beautiful. We had an absolutely wonderful stay, thank you!

We stayed at Sea Dunes for a girls weekend getaway! The condo was super nice, spacious, and very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The views from this condo are AMAZING! We saw the beautiful sunrise and sunset both days we were there. We did have an issue with the cable not working on any of the TV's, but the management company was SUPER quick to have someone out to fix our issue, even on a Saturday morning. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing, beach vacation!
