Located on the quieter side of the beach, this gorgeous Villa offers high quality interior upgrades such as barn doors, wood tile flooring, cool coastal backsplash in kitchen with recessed lighting and shiplap ceiling throughout. Kitchen equipped with new stainless steel appliances. Modernized Smart TV's were added, in addition a new pullout sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has a new king bed with upgraded luxurious spa shower with a dual shower feature. The second and third bedrooms are located in the 2nd cottage across the courtyard. Each room has queen beds that are also new. Both additional bathrooms have a tub/shower upgrade. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. Garage available for use, 3 car MAX at this property!
The courtyard separates the two independent cottages for this one Villa. Perfect for groups of friends traveling, teenagers, grandparents with kids and grandchildren.
You will now be able to enjoy a new seating area on the recently remolded back patio area. This area will help build so many memories while you are vacationing here on Amelia Island.
Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental.
There is space for three vehicles at MOST at this property. Two vehicles in the parking driveway and one in the garage. Amelia Island Vacations is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or if your vehicle is towed during your stay.
There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
Some furniture may change in quantity or availability from photos due to season or weathering.

We arrived from NC for a 7 day vacation with family. We have 3 grown children with significant others. Having the separate little apartments for young couples and having our own space as parents, was incredible! We were able to have our own privacy, yet still be a family unit.

As always we loved staying in the Villa .
Will return in Oct. Quiet , clean and perfect for a family of adult children .
There is colony of ants on the deck and in yard that needs to be addressed .

The property was EXACTLY what we were looking for. It was imperative that we have little to no stairs for our elderly grandparent. Not only was he able to be in all rooms with us because of this, he was also able to go onto the back deck to enjoy the sounds of the ocean! The kitchen was WELL stocked. There were towels galore for the beach. The courtyard between the rooms was perfect for us to grill and chill! :) We would come back a thousand times over. Thank you for letting us enjoy this little slice of heaven. It far exceeded our expectations and I don't think the pictures online do it nearly enough justice!
