The Terraces at Beachside are the closest oceanfront condos on Amelia Island, FL to Historic Centre Street and the island's Victorian beach town, Fernandina Beach. Historic Fernandina Beach offers many unique shopping and dining experiences for every visitor! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. Perfect for two. Chairs, umbrella and even a boogie board were there for our use. The Sandbox beachside restaurant was so convenient for an easy lunch without leaving the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Very peaceful.

We love this location on Amelia Island.. low-key, relaxing, and so close to Fort Clinche Park and to downtown. Terraces 202 is a perfect condo for the two of us. Very nice, comfortable, and clean. The owners have provided really everything you need, and the management company is great to work with!

Great place with stunning views!! Excellent beach access including beach chairs, towels provided Well equipped kitchen! Amazingly quiet location considering the proximity to the busy main beach! No complaints other than the no smoking on the balcony policy but no big deal. Thanks for the great vacation!
