Welcome to 1125 Beach Walker, the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation on Amelia Island.
Our beautiful 1125 Beach Walker is a popular Condo in the Beach Walker Villas, one of the most sought-after Villa complexes on the Omni Amelia Island grounds.
In this unit you will wake up to incredible sunrises and bright blue sunny skies with a great Oceanview and views of the recently expanded resort style pool. The pool includes Tiki style gazebos, plenty of lounge chairs, new bathrooms and a community grilling area. You will agree that this is vacationing at its best.
1125 Beach Walker has recently been updated with an open and modern essence while boasting the Island style. The kitchen was expanded to include a large 8 ft island with seating for up to 6 people. It is perfect for the kitchen congregating and gathering spot. You will find the butcher block counter, farmhouse sink, and the cleverly designed IKEA cabinets are fully equipped with everything you need to make preparing meals fun and pleasurable.
The living area includes a brand-new 55” TV, soundbar, oversized couch, two swivel chairs and a stressless chair for easy relaxing. A bonus addition for our winter “snowbirds” is the newly added electric fireplace for the extra warmth and cozy atmosphere.
1125 Beach Walker has two master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite full baths with walk-in showers. There are two secondary guests’ bedrooms, one with two full beds and the other with two twin beds. A third full bath comes with a tub shower combo. In case our guests need to work remotely one of the guest rooms has a desk, chair and computer monitor in place perfect to get a little work done.
Our wedding guests or convention attendees will love the proximity to the Omni Hotel. Extra irons and ironing boards are provided in this unit for convenience and a new washer and dryer with everything you need to do a load of washing. All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, and dish pods. Several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.
While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information. Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests. All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.
There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
