We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oceans of Amelia! The property was better than expected. The views can not be beat! The condo was well stocked with additional supplies, much more so than previously experienced at other rentals. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the time spent at the beach, it was a very relaxing time with our adult children.

Did a great job in the middle of Covid and things opening back up.

Property was wonderful. Very clean. Would only suggest buying a couple good frying pans and pots. We will definitely be back. Loved the condo and community.

The Beach Walker Villas @ Amelia Island Vacation are a wonderful place for families! The grounds were well kept, the pool area was absolutely beautiful! We used the grill and the boardwalk to the beach gave us awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean! I would definitely stay here again!

Booking the condo was super easy. All of the employees at Amelia Island Vacations were very kind, professional, & willing to help!

We stayed at Sea Dunes for a girls weekend getaway! The condo was super nice, spacious, and very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The views from this condo are AMAZING! We saw the beautiful sunrise and sunset both days we were there. We did have an issue with the cable not working on any of the TV's, but the management company was SUPER quick to have someone out to fix our issue, even on a Saturday morning. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing, beach vacation!

The property was EXACTLY what we were looking for. It was imperative that we have little to no stairs for our elderly grandparent. Not only was he able to be in all rooms with us because of this, he was also able to go onto the back deck to enjoy the sounds of the ocean! The kitchen was WELL stocked. There were towels galore for the beach. The courtyard between the rooms was perfect for us to grill and chill! :) We would come back a thousand times over. Thank you for letting us enjoy this little slice of heaven. It far exceeded our expectations and I don't think the pictures online do it nearly enough justice!
